Fuel conditioner concentrate by Fuel Set EU S.L.

Ageing fuel wears your engine. One capful fixes it.

Fuelnox is a concentrated conditioner that goes straight into the tank. It cleans the fuel system while you drive, so engines start easier, run smoother and waste less of every litre you pay for.

Gentle on seals, DPFs and catalytic converters. Compatible with manufacturer warranties when used as directed.

The fix

A clear green liquid you simply pour in.

Fuelnox mixes into the fuel and gets to work on its own. No tools, no workshop, no shelf of additives. Pour it in, refuel, and drive.

Why fuel needs help

Fuel starts ageing the moment it leaves the pump.

Fuel is only fresh for a few weeks. Sitting in the tank it reacts with the air above it, takes on water with every change in temperature, and leaves a sticky residue on the fine parts that meter and spray it. None of this is dramatic and none of it shows up on the dashboard. The engine simply gets a little worse each month, and you pay for it at the pump.

  • Rough idle & hard starts
  • Smoke & dirty exhaust
  • Filters that block early
  • Lost power & economy

Left alone, small symptoms turn into downtime and repair bills. One injector service costs more than a year of Fuelnox. Treating the fuel is the cheap option.

What it does

One bottle. Four jobs in every tank.

Every dose does the same four things, and those four decide how much of the fuel you buy turns into miles.

It cleans the fuel

Dissolves gums, varnish, carbon and deposits out of injectors, carburettors, valves, lines and tanks, and keeps stored fuel fresh and stable.

It improves combustion

A clean system burns better on its own. The bigger gain is droplet size. The largest droplets of injected fuel never burn fully, so part of every tank leaves the engine unused. Fuelnox holds microscopic water in the fuel; in the heat of combustion it flashes to steam and bursts, breaking the fuel around it into a finer spray. More of the fuel burns, and the water leaves with the exhaust.

It reduces emissions

More complete combustion means less unburnt fuel, less soot and smoke, and a cleaner exhaust at the tailpipe.

It absorbs water

Water gets into every tank: from condensation, from the pump, from ethanol pulling it out of the air. Fuelnox stops it settling into a layer on the bottom, which is where corrosion starts and where filters pick up their sludge.

Tank by tank

What changes, and when.

Fuelnox is not a miracle in a bottle. It is a cleaning process that runs quietly while you drive, and it takes a few tanks. Here is roughly how it goes, next to a tank that is left alone.

Concentrated Fuel Conditioner

Fuelnox

Fuelnox is not a fuel and not a solvent. It is a non-hydrocarbon conditioner, built for what really collects in a fuel tank: deposits, stale petrol, diesel residue, unburnt carbon and the water that always finds its way in.

It is concentrated, so one capful looks after a full tank and a single small bottle covers tankful after tankful. Pick the size that fits the job, from a 250 ml bottle for one car up to a 210 L drum for a depot.

Works with what you already run: carburettors and common-rail, petrol, diesel and two-stroke, with or without a DPF.

What to expect from Fuelnox.

What it delivers

A fuel-system cleaner. It clears what fuel leaves behind and keeps a mechanically sound engine running at its best.

Real, honest power. A cleaner burn gives back the power and fuel economy that deposits slowly took away, so the engine runs the way it was built to.

A steady, lasting clean. A neglected fuel system comes good over a few tanks, and each dose keeps it there. The first shock dose starts the job; regular dosing sees it through.

What it is

One product does the whole job, from tank to tailpipe.

Works alongside the fuel and additives you already use.

Safe on metals, with no sulphur, phosphorus, nitrogen or metallic ingredients.

Results vary with engine, fuel and operating conditions. For petrol, diesel and two-stroke fuel systems. Not for aviation fuels.

When to reach for it

Three good times to dose.

Highway traffic in everyday use
01

Everyday driving & riding

Daily & weekend use

Cars, motorcycles, vans and outboards in regular use. A dose at fill-up keeps things clean between services.

Moored boats resting in a calm harbour over the off-season
02

Stored & seasonal

Storage & lay-up

Boats over winter, standby generators, classic cars and seasonal machinery. Anything that will sit for months should be put away treated, not treated once it wakes up.

Trucks on the road
03

Hard hours & heavy loads

Fleets & high-hours machines

Trucks, tractors, machinery and generators that work long hours in hard conditions. Cleaner running means fewer surprises and less downtime.

How to use it.

It comes down to two doses: a stronger first treatment, then a light top-up to keep things clean.

  1. 1

    Drain water, if present

Remove any visible free water from the fuel tank before treatment.

  2. 2

    Add Fuelnox

Pour directly into the fuel tank before or during refuelling. Use 20 ml per 40 litres for the first treatment, 10 ml per 40 litres for ongoing maintenance.

  3. 3

    Refuel

Top up as normal so the dose blends through the fuel. Keeping tanks fuller leaves less room for condensation, but Fuelnox works at any level.

  4. 4

    Run the engine

Operate as normal so treated fuel circulates through the system.

  5. 5

    Re-treat regularly

Add the maintenance dose at each refuel, or a double dose before long-term storage.

  6. 6

    Store it simply

Keep the container sealed in a cool, dry place, away from heat, sparks and direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.
