This page sets out exactly what this website can store on your device, why it is stored, and how to change your mind at any time. It applies to fuelseteu.com and is published by Fuel Set EU S.L., Spain.

The short version

This site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no social media cookies. Browsing it does not build a profile of you and nothing about your visit is sold or shared. Only two things can be stored, and both are strictly necessary for something you have asked the site to do.

What can be stored

• fnx-consent, local storage, set by this site, kept for 12 months. Remembers the choice you make in the cookie banner so you are not asked again on every page. It holds a date, a version number and a yes or no for each category. It contains no personal data and never leaves your device. Strictly necessary.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, third party, challenges.cloudflare.com, loaded only once you start using the contact form. A spam check that confirms the form is being completed by a person rather than by a bot. It may read and write a short lived value in your browser to run that check. It is not used for advertising and does not follow you across websites. Strictly necessary for the security of the form. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc.

Nothing else is stored. There is no analytics tool, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no device fingerprinting on this site. The video, images and fonts all come from our own server, so no other company sees your visit.

Why the necessary items are not switchable

Storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested does not require prior consent. That exemption is set out in Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and, in Spain, in Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI). Protecting the contact form from automated abuse and remembering the cookie choice you have just made both fall under it. Everything outside that stays off until you switch it on.

The categories you control

• Strictly necessary. Always active. The two items listed above.
• Analytics. Off unless you allow it. Would measure how pages are used so we can improve them. Nothing in this category is active on the site today. Your choice is stored and applied automatically if that ever changes.
• Marketing. Off unless you allow it. Would allow advertising and audience measurement across websites. Nothing in this category is active on the site today, and we will not add it without asking you first.

Change or withdraw your choice

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and refusing costs you nothing: the site works in exactly the same way either way. Use the button below, or the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.

You can also delete everything this site has stored through your browser, usually under Settings, Privacy, Clear site data. That removes the record of your choice as well, so the banner will appear again on your next visit.

How long your choice lasts

Your choice is kept for 12 months and then the banner asks again. It also asks again if this policy changes in a way that affects what is stored.
