Who we are

This website is operated by Fuel Set EU S.L., a company registered in Spain (the data controller). You can reach us at Email us.

What data we collect

This site has no user accounts and does not store form submissions in any database. When you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address, industry and optional message) are sent by email to us so we can answer you; a short-lived technical record used only to limit automated abuse is kept temporarily on the server. The newsletter form opens your own email application.

Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, time of access and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. Fonts, images and scripts are all served from our own domain, so browsing the site triggers no third-party requests. The one exception is the contact form: when you start using it, an anti-spam check by Cloudflare (Turnstile) is loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com, so Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic browser information in order to run that check. We use no analytics, no advertising services and no tracking. Our Cookie Policy lists everything that can be stored on your device.

How we use your email

If you write to us, we use your address to answer your enquiry. If you ask to join the newsletter, we use it to send occasional product notes and dosing tips. We do not sell or share your address. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying with the word "unsubscribe".

Legal basis and retention

We process your data on the basis of your consent and of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

When you place an order

If you buy Fuelnox, we process your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number, your VAT number where you give one, the contents of the order and the payment reference. We do this to conclude and perform the contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet our invoicing, accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Your data reaches only the people who need it to complete the order:

All of them operate inside the European Economic Area, so ordering involves no transfer of your data outside the EEA.

How long we keep order data. Invoices and the accounting records behind them are kept for six years, as Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code requires, and tax records for four years under the General Tax Law. After that they are deleted or anonymised. Correspondence that is not attached to an order is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and request portability. Contact Email us to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
